Redial

Description

Redial lets you automatically dial the last number that you manually dialed.

Conditions and Feature Interactions

The system only saves specified numbers for Redial. If a dialed number does not fit into the Last Number Redial Source category programmed in the System Options form, it is ignored by Redial.
Redial numbers survive a set reboot but not a system reboot.
Private extensions cannot be called using Redial. However, they can be called using Redial Saved Number.

Enable Redial Facilities

NOTE: This option does not apply to 6900 series phones. The Redial fixed-function key on the phones always works even when this option is disabled.

(Optional) Enable Suppress Redial Display to keep the Redial number from appearing on telephones that support Redial number display.

NOTE: Enabling this option does not ensure full privacy on telephones equipped with the blue Menu (Applications) key, which provides access to Call History and redial information even if this option is enabled.

Feature Access Codes form

If you intend to use a feature access code in Operation, assign a code to Last Number Re-dial.

System Options form

Enable "Last Number Redial Source (All Trunks / CO Trunks / All Calls)"

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Lift the handset.
Dial the Last Number Redial Feature Access code.

5005 IP Phone, 5010 IP Phone, 5020 IP Phone, 5205 IP Phone, 5207 IP Phone, 5212 IP Phone, 5215 IP Phone, 5215 IP Phone (Dual Mode), 5220 IP Phone, 5220 IP Phone (Dual Mode), 5224 IP Phone, 5302 SIP Phone, 5304 IP Phone, 5312 IP Phone, 5324 IP Phone, 5330/5330e IP Phone, 5340/5340e IP Phone, 5140 IP Phone, 5240 IP Phone, Navigator, TeleMatrix 3000IP Phone, 6905 IP Phone, 6910 IP Phone, or 5560 IPT

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Lift the handset or select the prime line.
Press Redial, , or the key you have programmed as Redial.

6920, 6930, 6940, 6970 IP Phones

Do either of the following:

To redial the number on the home screen, press the Redial hard key twice or tap the Redial softkey.
To redial any outgoing call in the Call History list, press the Redial hard key once. The Outgoing calls list in the Call History application opens. Select the call entry you want to redial, then press the Dial softkey.

Symbol NetVision Phone

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Press FCT.
Press * until Redial appears.
Press SND.

Symbol MiNET Wireless Phone

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Press FCT.
Press down arrow key.
Press Send Key.

OpenPhone 27

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Press .
Short press of the key.
Press to select Redial.
Press OK.

SpectraLink Wireless Telephones

To redial the last number that you manually dialed:

Press .
Press FCN then press 4.
